Your Earliest Memory?
This is for yesterday’s blog post, I just moved into a new apartment and just got internet the other day, so I haven’t been able to blog lately.
I’m making up for it though!!!! 🙂
My earliest memory? That is a really tough one. I have a photographic memory and so I store A lot of information inside my head. So much information that older things get pushed all the way back into the recess of my mind. On that note, the oldest thing I remember about me is:
I remember is when I was in the 2nd grade I believe, I don’t remember how old I was maybe 6 or 7? I was one of those kids that had a fall birthday, so I turned the proper age for the grade 3 month after school had already started, which made me usually the youngest in the class. Back to my memory, I used to be really into those book fairs and those book fundraisers that the school had. The school I went to was called Kettering Elementary in Ypsilanti – Ann Arbor, MI, Yes, I remember the city and what the school looked like. I remember one book fair where I got soo many books, I remember getting The magic school bus and Where in the world is Carmen Sandiago (Yes, this is a book and a game). To be completely honest I might actually have the books I got back then, because the schools always stamped the books with their school stamp. Now I’ll have to go back home and look through all the little kids books that might have made it 17+ years. I’ll get back to you on that one.
